It doesn’t matter what stage your business is in. Myriame Desmornes Williams
Myriame Desmornes is a health and wellness practitioner and educator with a background in herbalism, nutrition, yoga, and doula care. She also holds 10 years of experience in psychology. She noticed how the challenges business owners face are a direct reflection of their lifestyle and values. Williams believes a healthy work-life balance is vital for success. Pillars like nutrition, physical activity, and personal relationships heavily determine how we see and interact with the world around us.
Williams created the Ceres Collective by blending natural wellness practices and entrepreneurship to build a strong foundation for success and longevity.
Williams will be having her keynote, “Brand Mindulfness: Creating an Impactful Message,” on Friday, Feb 19th, from 9:30am - 10:00am.
Alycia Huston
Alycia Huston is a certified business coach, speaker, and trainer specializing in Neuro-Leadership. With a passion for science, she discovered how leveraging more of your brainpower through the lens of Neuroscience (aka brain science) allows individuals to receive more clarity in life and business.
As the previous co-founder and CEO of a multi-billion dollar business in Biotechnology and Life Sciences, her mission is to teach leaders how to influence others’ perception, comprehension, and overall human experience by understanding their behaviors, thoughts, and interpretations. This analysis is done by looking through the lens of the brain and mind. She has been featured in national print publications, radio, and TV programs. Alycia is also a blogger and does an annual conference - that sells out every time.
Huston will be having her masterclass, “Up-Level Your Leadership,” on Friday, Feb 19th, from 10:00am - 10:30am.
Marck K. Joseph Esq.
Marck Joesph, Esq., is the founder and owner of The Joseph Firm, a South Florida-based law firm that focuses exclusively on Marital and Family Law. As an experienced litigator, Mark Joseph has resolved hundreds of cases where he delivered the results his clients deserve. Marck has a solid familiarity with each of the South Florida courts and agencies. He also serves in multiple committees, including the 11th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, the Family Law Rules Committee, and the Florida Bar Family Law Sections Legislative Committee.
In addition to his unwavering dedication to his clients, Mark holds a steadfast devotion to giving back to his community.

Lauren Marsicano
Lauren Marsicano is the Networking Maverick, where she helps entrepreneurs build connections and bring their ideas to life. Applying her extensive knowledge in networking and business law, Lauren created Networking Maverick to educate entrepreneurs with resources that eliminate the guesswork in launching and building an empire.
Marsicano is an experienced law professional who studied at Oxford University and the University of Miami School of Law. Marsicano began her career at a boutique litigation firm, Coral Gables. She then founded the law firm Marsicano + Leyva PLLC in 2016, where she applied her business law experience to help clients navigate legal processes from formation to litigation and everything in-between. Marsicano was also named among the Top 40 Young Lawyers in the nation by the American Bar Association.

Ana Santos
Ana Santos specializes in Accounting and Tax Services for small and medium-sized businesses. With more than 25 years of experience in various industries, Santos is dedicated to educating her clients about the importance of creating an organized accounting system geared toward developing positive results.
Santos’s mission is to establish trust with her clients, teaching them professionalism and dedication in their services. Santos has a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Science in Taxation. She specializes in serving the Latino, small business community.
Ana Santos will be joining Sandy Fernandez on their masterclass, “Money Matters: How to Leverage for Success,” on Friday, Feb 19th, from 1:00pm - 1:30pm.
Sandy Fernandez
Sandy Fernandez is an author and financial consultant, working over 20 years in the financial services industry. As the President and Founder of Karmic Currency, she brings a holistic approach to finance. The consulting firm’s unique philosophy views money as energy and more than just “currency”. Fernandez describes money as a current that flows through your life.
Fernandez worked at several financial services, achieved a senior management role as an Assistant Vice President, and ranked as a top sales performer for 4 consecutive years. This eventually led her to become the President of SunTrust and then the same position at Regions Bank. Fernandez ranked in the top 10% of the company and closed over 5.5M in consumer loans in 2015.

Las Comadres - Gabriela Guzman and Jaime Nolan
Las Comadres is a community for self-identifying women to come together in a genuinely inclusive sisterhood to uplift one another in life and in business. Las Comadres is open to all women everywhere with an entrepreneurial spirit. Women of all races, ages, backgrounds, life experiences, and sexual orientations are welcomed.
In Latin American and Hispanic culture, Las Comadres is what mothers and godmothers call one another - it’s also a term of endearment close female friends use. This relationship represents a profound connection in which we trust ourselves with the most resounding pieces of our lives. We are guardians of each other’s dreams and successes.
Las Comadres was founded by business and life coaches Gabriels Guzman and Jaime Nolan. They serve the Las Comadres community by hosting events, where women entrepreneurs can connect and hold each other accountable in their business endeavors through various exercises and activities.
Las Comadres will have their discussion panel, “Better Together,” on Friday, Feb 19th, from 1:30 pm - 2:00pm.
Rennes Toussaint
Dr. Rennes Toussaint is a Mental Wellness Coach who helps women see their real value and help them take back control of their lives. After migrating to the United States at age 13, she struggled to find her identity but managed to excel academically. Toussaint graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and decided to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.
Upon these significant accomplishments, she reached a point of feeling trapped and unfulfilled. This led her to a 3-year long self-discovery journey to Peru and Honduras. She got in tune with herself physically, emotionally, and spiritually and started Dance 4 Mental Health to encourage women all over the world to move their bodies in a way to help them feel better and decrease anxiety and depression.
Dr. Rennes Toussant will be having her keynote, “Dance the Stress Away,” on Friday, Feb 19th, from 2:00pm - 2:30pm.
Dr. Amy Heger
Dr. Amy Heger is the owner and CEO of The Night Watch, the only overnight child care center in Salisbury, MD. Dr. Heger helps busy and low-income families who are in need of care for their children. She is passionate about creating a safe place for children to play, learn, and be creative as their parents attend to their busy lives.
Dr. Heger has been a teacher for over 10 years, and has helped families in need through charity work for several years.
Dr. Heger will be having her keynote, “Practice Makes Perfect” on Friday, Feb 19th at 2:30 - 4pm, where she will give tips on how to deliver the perfect pitch to our investors.
