Faced with financial struggles and caring for her son diagnosed with Autism, she found herself walking miles to work each day after losing her home to foreclosure. Starting from the ground up, Catalina gained valuable experience in hospitality and property management, eventually becoming a top-producing real estate agent in Florida. Her journey took a transformative turn as she ventured into multi-family property investments, creating multiple revenue streams for herself and, in turn, challenging the conventional norms of the real estate industry.

In an industry known for its competitiveness, she defied norms by growing her team of 40 agents in an astonishing 60 days. What makes her leadership unique is her commitment to integrity – a principle that led her to establish a policy almost unheard of in real estate: no commissions for her agents.
