Tribe Feature | The Wardrobe Therapist | Luxe LeBlanc Styling Co.
At the young age of just 25, Kat LeBlanc founded Luxe LeBlanc Styling Co., which later became The Wardrobe Therapist, a name she adopted after being called that by her clients. Kat’s ultimate goal is to help people obtain the wardrobe they desire that reflects their personal brand and makes them feel like they are able to conquer anything. Her success thus far with rebuilding and rebranding wardrobes has proved that she’s worthy of the title The Wardrobe Therapist.
Despite only being 5 years into the business, The Wardrobe Therapist has already been highly successful. With appearances on The Today’s Show, NYC Channel 4 Live, The Wendy William’s Show, Natural Hollywood, and many more, Kat LeBlanc has proved that her fashion therapy is serious business. The brand’s success is largely due to the fact that clients are encouraged not to cover up their personality, but rather to embrace the most fashionable parts of their personality through their wardrobe. Kat works to ease her client’s wardrobe woes and leaves them feeling confident, capable and celebrated.
Kat recognizes the hardships of being a working woman, and especially being a working mom. Kat calls herself a “multi-passionate mompreneur” and has found ways to better herself as a businesswoman through being an even better mom. When we asked her what the greatest investment she has made in her business was, she told us that it has been investing in quality childcare. She told us that by doing so, it has allowed her the piece of mind and support to get back to business.
Working with celebrities and parenting children aside, Kat has made sure that she is still giving herself the attention that she needs. She acknowledges that it’s easy to get caught up in work life and forget to take care of personal needs. To combat that, she encourages other businesswomen and working mothers to add self care to their daily schedules and stick with it. Kat encourages women to honor lunch breaks, naps, check-in phone calls, monthly spa trips, etc. Commit to staying clocked out when the work day is over.
The Wardrobe Therapist offers closet counseling-an opportunity to part ways with looks that no longer serve you, as well as personal shopping, virtual shopping, and red carpet styling. Popular amongst clients outside of the New York area, virtual shopping through The Wardrobe Therapist has been made easy. Through a safe and secure, password protected portal, a tailored virtual styling experience has been customized for each client.
