A great leader becomes iconic in their industry. They are essential to a business’s success. One that makes quality decisions, knows how to motivate a crowd, and achieves competitive goals is the kind of leadership you want.

Dr. Jessica Chung is the founder of the  International Business Association for Nurses where she helps nursing professionals and other healthcare professionals become entrepreneurs.

Dr. Jessica Chung is an educator of students, a researcher, a prolific speaker, a healthcare provider, business owner, and one that has a heart and passion for mentoring students of all academic levels, in hopes of them obtaining higher education and professional success.

She is also heavily involved in the ministry of her church, New Life Tabernacle, UPCI and constantly aspires to help and influence everyone she meets.

She has been known to emphatically state that she does not look at the profession of being a healthcare provider as just a career, but as a God-given gift and calling.

“Public speaking is as vital to businesses as branding and marketing.” 

As a healthcare provider and healthcare business consultant, Dr.Chung believes it is important that her voice is used to educate, motivate and encourage members of her community and colleagues. 


We asked Dr.Chung why should women attend Flourish Media Conference and what will they learn from her talk. 

She shared: “Other women, small business owners should attend this conference, because even if they only learned one thing from attending this conference, it will be worth it. From hearing me, they will learn that operating multiple businesses is achievable, leveraging, a college degree or degrees to grow your business and how to use your personal brand to grow any business.”

She applied to speak at FMC because the truth is, healthcare professionals weren’t truly recognized or appreciated until the COVID-19 pandemic; additionally, healthcare professionals didn’t realize how vital they are in the business industry as business owners.

Dr.Chung wrapped up her conversation with Flourish. I want to be a voice that can help people see the value of healthcare business in the times we are living in, whether or not they are a healthcare professional.
