Jennifer Bridgeforth is an empowering and inspirational multi-hyphenate. Along with being a bestselling author, she is also a college professor, speaker, and consultant. After leaving a successful, 20-year career in corporate sales training and management, she decided to found her own consulting firm called The Phoenix Group to assist audiences with empowerment programming, communication strategy, and leadership skills.
Jennifer received her B.A. from Bradley University, and is currently working on her MBA in Project Management. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Communications Board of Bradley University, and several non-profits where she dedicates her time to supporting survivors of domestic violence and their families. She was recently presented with The Angel Award for Women's Advocacy by the KLEO foundation for Domestic Violence Survivors, where board member Mayor Rahm Emanuel was the presenter. Kamilah Jolly was born in Jamaica and raised in Miami, Florida. By the time of her high school graduation, Jolly had completed over 1,000 hours of community service. Jolly attended Miami Norland Senior High School where her class load consisted of Honors and Advanced placement courses. She graduated in the top 10 percent of her high school class. In the spring of 2004, Jolly graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education and received her certificate to teach kindergarten through sixth grade. Jolly pursued her legal education and graduated from Florida A&M University, College of Law in 2007.
In November of 2008, Jolly opened Jolly Esquire, PLLC. Jolly Esquire, PLLC provides legal and consulting services in the areas of Business, Intellectual Property: Trademarks & Copyrights, and Simple Estate Plans. Jolly has assisted over 150+ aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs by helping them to achieve a fresh financial start. Jolly has served as the Founding President of the FAMU College of Law Alumni Alliance, which is the governing body of the FAMU College of Law Alumni. She was also the Alumni Advisor for the Gwendolyn S. Cherry chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. Jolly has also assisted with the administrative duties to the reestablish the Bankruptcy Clinical Externship at FAMU College of Law. In May 2017, Jolly was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award for Extraordinary Service to Florida A&M University College of Law

Kimberly Wilson is a seasoned media professional, entrepreneur and professor. Her work experience has included roles at ESSENCE, TheGrio, The Root, Black Enterprise, the NAACP Image Awards, the American Black Film Festival and Think Tank Digital. After serving communities of color for over a decade, she grew frustrated with the lack of access and opportunities for Black and brown people. This frustration led to founding the start-up technology platform, HUED — which serves to connect patients (of color) with doctors and medical professionals (of color).
Kimberly is also an adjunct professor at Howard University and New York University. Her classes cover content and social media strategy, advanced public relations, as well as integrated marketing.
Kimberly received her B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland and her J.D. from the Howard University School of Law. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and is very involved in her community through involvement with the Precious Dreams Foundation, the Council of Urban Professionals and the National Urban League.
