Stania Collins, also known as The Realtor Deal Maker, is a south Florida based realtor who specializes in helping military veterans. In the US, military veterans are an underserved community, where about 37,000 veterans experience homelessness. This can be caused by multiple long deployments resulting in “invisible wounds”, also known as post-traumatic stress disorder and other traumatic brain injuries.

These injuries endured by veterans can correlate to unemployment, which can sometimes result in homelessness. Collins makes an effort to support these veterans experiencing hardship by capitalizing on real estate opportunities that will allow them to achieve financial success. Collins also helps small business owners by developing strategic plans for their business ventures.

Through Collins’ work, many veterans and business owners have been able to achieve long-term success from the opportunities that Collins set up. For her veteran clients, Collins has been able to find sustainable housing solutions for themselves and their families. She has received many testimonials from her satisfied clients saying that the work she provides to veterans is admirable and that she is a true professional.

Collins also extends her services to small business owners, where she assists them in purchasing or leasing real-estate properties with the goal of financial success in mind.

“In all aspects of my business, I maintain the same colors, fonts, and purpose. I keep consistent communication. I always want my audience to have a point of reference in my message that connects them personally, and I become first of mind.”

Collins was able to speak with Flourish Media about her work, and how she has been able to maintain a successful business. Collins says that through her experience, she has been able to achieve the most success by maintaining a consistent branding message and purpose.

When Collins first started her business as a full-time entrepreneur, she took the risk of funding her business herself. Although she is grateful for her success, she believes there are other avenues in which entrepreneurs can find funding. She started her “flourish” story was when she organized a Thanksgiving banquet for 30 homeless veterans.

“It was completely sponsored by multiple businesses and nonprofit organizations, and the city commissioner was an honorable speaker. The veterans all received care packages fully stocked with socks, food, hurricane-grade flashlights, umbrellas, and several resources to stay safe on their journey to a sustainable home.”

Collins wrapped up her message to Flourish stating that the biggest investment she made in her business is herself. She stated that she took the risk of leaving a steady income to become a self-employed realtor. She mentioned that although she may have stumbled along the way, she has never given up and her journey has only grown in her resilience and perseverance.
