Inspire the Fire was founded by Willie BJ Williams in 2010. He started this business because he wanted to help others achieve their purpose. He developed multiple strategic ways to help leaders, teams, and individuals change their mindset and maintain high productivity. One of the services that Inspire the Fire offers is the “F.I.R.E. Achievement Program”.

This program helps you develop an unshakeable mindset, establish goals, eliminate barriers, and assemble accountability and time management; all of the assets needed in order to be successful. Williams also wrote two books “V-Shaped Leadership, Leading from the Bottom” and “Stand Out, 6 Techniques to Get Your Life Back”. Both are self-help books that dive into finding your purpose and strengthening your will. In one of the books, William says 

“Be great, or be more than great. Be committed to your purpose and firm in your will. The obstacles were never designed to destroy you. Truthfully, they are mutable. They cannot endure your will, as long as your will can outlast them!”

Williams had the chance to speak with Flourish Media about his business and how he got started as an entrepreneur. William began his journey by self-funding his business. He said his biggest investment was his time. He stated that there was a lot of backend work when creating his business, and specifically, his first and second year was his biggest obstacle.

However, because of William's strong will, he was able to push through the barriers, and his business took a sweet turn. He says his flourish story was when he kept pushing to expand his business into the US Government sector, and after many attempts, he finally was given the opportunity. Advice that Williams would give to other entrepreneurs is to stay true, be committed to your gift, voice, and purpose, and make sure it’s not just all business, but pleasure as well.
