Welcome to your one-stop-shop about getting funding for your business! Applying to grants and even finding the right ones can be an overwhelming process. There are so many to choose from and there are so many requirements. With the devastating effect that Covid has had on small businesses this year it is essential to inspect and research grants to help your business. Remember: Google is your FRIEND!

It is fairly simple to apply to grants for funding. Currently there are talks with congress passing another bill for payroll relief for suffering small businesses, but until that is written into law a dive into funding is going to be what will be most efficient. There are a variety of grants that a business owner can apply to. A lot of them are specific to the owner, like grants that are made for women entrepreneurs or for people of color. The majority of businesses can apply online for grants, but there is always that one tricky grant that you need to send in paperwork or have the mundane interview for.

A business grant can give you so much space to expand and grow your business. It’s essential to make money, you have to spend money. With a grant, you are not obligated to pay it back with interest like a loan, as it is free money from either the government or even certain businesses. Depending on your business and who you are, there are so many different businesses that want to help you and your business grow.
