Crowd Control for Large Events at Reinvent Yourself with Crypto

Over 550 people attended Reinvent Yourself with Crypto in Miami this past November. Rodney Burton host this first of its kind event focused on personal finance and cryptocurrency for minorities. 

Following the tragic outcome of the Astro World Music Festival, Flourish Media took special care to provide safe, Covid-19 appropriate, and fun crowd control for this finance event. 

Mau Nu’u is the senior project manager from Flourish Media who oversaw logistics for Reinvent Yourself with Crypto.

Mau Nu’u joined Flourish Media during planning for a similar high-profile event in Jamaica. At that time Flourish Media produced the charity launch for Alacran Foundation in partnership with the Bob Marley Foundation.

“Back then I was focused on helicopter landing windows and international travel. Reinvent Yourself with Crypto is much less complicated but with different challenges due to the pandemic.”

Mau Nu’u has a long history working with high profile and security sensitive projects with her previous roles at Viacom, UMB Bank, and her Creative Media Director role at her church, The Broke. 

More than half of the attendees to Reinvent Yourself with Crypto traveled from outside of South Florida to attend. This required hundred of hotel stays and instructions for travelers to easily find the event location. 

Mau Nu’u worked closely with event partners iVIPP to confirm ground transportation for high profile guests.

A post event survey found over half of guest rated 5 stars for their on-site experience, registration, and ease of movement.

Guests who checked in may not have noticed Mau Nu’u on site with her master list to support 84 staff members, security and volunteers who helped make Reinvent Yourself with Crypto a success.
