Tory Lanez sat on stage at Reinvent Yourself with Crypto days before Art Basel Miami with Dr. Tracy Timberlake detailing how artists should be using NFTs to build wealth and share the wealth with their fans.
Rodney Burton Present Reinvent Yourself with Crypto is a 3-Day personal finance and cryptocurrency education conference focused on minorities, welcoming just over 550 attendees.
The luxury learning event was the first of its kind with headliners only Rodney Burton aka “Bitcoin Rodney” could imagine.

Rolling Stone reported Lanez partnered with a platform called E-NFT to release his new album When It's Dark as an NFT, or “non-fungible token.” The idea was for each copy of the album to be minted with a one-of-a-kind token, providing a fool-proof ledger of ownership. The value of NFTs comes from their verifiable scarcity.
The music industry is changing and so is the financial sector.
Attendees jumped at microphones placed in the crowd to ask questions during the live panels at Reinvent Yourself with Crypto.

Whether or not NFTs qualify for placement in Art Basel is still up for debate but Tory Lanez firmly believes NFTs are here to stay and smart financial tools for an artist to deepen their connection with fans and their wallets.
