Automate Marketing & Client Onboarding
Do you find yourself doing the same tasks over and over again in your business? If so, we recommend making a list of all those tasks and automating them wherever possible. Everything from scheduling calls to publishing social media posts can be automated, so you don’t get buried in the small stuff. Using software such as Calendly, Hootsuite and Dubsado can take care of everything from sending reminders to clients to invoicing and sending contracts. Working smarter not harder will help create space for taking breaks or doing the big picture work that can be way more exciting.

Creating workflows and processes are essential before you think about outsourcing. Using project management software like Trello or Asana can help you stay on top of deadlines and tasks so nothing falls through the cracks. When you track projects in real time it also makes it easier to communicate with team members and know exactly where each task is at every stage of the process.
Outsource like a Boss
Too many entrepreneurs wait to outsource, which is often a big mistake. If you are waiting for cash flow to increase before you hire help, there’s a good chance that you are absorbing too many of the tasks that won’t actually increase your bottom line. As a founder it’s important for you to be the face of your business, build relationships and do the high-level work that is needed to grow. If you are drowning in spreadsheets or spending hours on your own accounting each week, that’s going to interfere with your ability to function like a CEO.
